The platform is positioned to power autonomous commerce where AI agents transact under enforceable constraints. Ark Labs’ technology is aimed at fintechs, brokerages, asset managers, and payment companies seeking non-permissioned on-chain infrastructure. Headquartered in Lugano, Switzerland, the company has now secured more than $7.7 million in institutional backing. While revenue or user figures were not disclosed, the new capital will expand developer relations, product, and partner onboarding as Ark Labs scales stablecoin and Bitcoin liquidity at production levels.
