Overview
(ERA) Entrepreneurs Roundtable Accelerator is New York City’s leading technology accelerator and early-stage venture capital fund. It has invested in 330+ start-ups since launching in 2011. Our alumni companies, who come from all over the world, are already playing leading roles in the evolution of virtually every major global industry. To date, ERA alumni companies have raised more than $2 billion in capital and collectively exceed $10 billion in market capitalization. ERA’s initial investment in participant companies is $150,000 on a post-money SAFE in return for 6% of each company. ERA runs two four-month sessions per year one each in the winter and summer. We invest $150,000 on a post-money SAFE in return for 6% of each company selected. In addition to this financial investment, our companies are immersed in our mentor-driven program. We also provide free office space, free hosting credits with several major cloud providers, and additional benefits through our legal, finance, accounting, and other business-service partners.

Astute provides an AI-driven platform for B2B companies to discover and manage partnerships with creators across newsletters, podcasts and social platforms. Its product uses two AI agents: one acting as a talent manager for creators and another serving as a new media manager for B2B companies to identify creators, develop strategies and run campaigns. The platform monitors more than one million creator posts per minute to surface where businesses and competitors are being discussed and to recommend partnership opportunities. It supports a wide range of collaboration types including editorial placements, interviews, podcast appearances, advertising and event collaborations, and measures campaign performance via impressions, conversions, brand visibility and visibility in AI-powered search engines. Founded by Vida Stanić and Abhishek Manikandan, Astute launched alongside the $1.2M pre-seed raise to build infrastructure for B2B marketing and plans to expand toward helping companies build brands and develop their own audiences.

HeyMilo builds an agentic recruiting platform that starts structured, interactive screening the moment candidates apply, using voice, video, phone, SMS, and resume agents and returning rubric-scored results and transcripts into ATS systems. The company says it has screened more than one million candidates in production and has onboarded customers including Randstad, WilsonHCG, and Neo Financial across staffing, BPO, and high-volume corporate hiring. HeyMilo is introducing three new agent types: AI Scenario Assessment to evaluate candidate interaction with AI, Candidate Recommendations to resurface and rank previously screened applicants, and Notetaker to capture structured notes from live interviews. The company positions its product as a recruiting intelligence layer aimed at improving fairness and recruiter efficiency in high-volume hiring. HeyMilo was founded in 2023 and has raised $6 million to date.

rediem is an NYC-based purpose-driven loyalty company offering a customizable brand loyalty and customer engagement platform. Its invite-only, dynamic platform enables brands to reward transactions as well as experiential challenges and actions inspired by brand values, such as fitness challenges, petitions for ingredient transparency, or user-generated-content campaigns. The product is designed to amplify an omnichannel marketer’s toolkit and complement ongoing campaigns. rediem is onboarding 500+ waitlisted brands and cites household names including Sun Bum, Tru Earth, and Reel in its customer rolodex. Led by CEO Regan Plekenpol and Sarah Ganzenmuller, the company intends to use recent funding to support onboarding the waitlist to its platform.

Layup is a New York-based provider of bank-offered prize-linked savings accounts (PLSAs) targeting sports fans. The company has created PLSAs by offering competitive, chance-based sports games that reward saving with increased opportunities to participate in equal-odds sports-based games. Its product aims to provide sports-betting-like engagement without the financial downside, promoting savings instead of losses. A beta version of Layup is currently available on the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store. Led by CEO Owen Monagan and CTO Oisin Tiernan, the company plans to expand product capabilities, recruit talent, and market its game-based savings application to sports fans and other end users. Layup completed a $2.3M Seed financing to support those initiatives.

Frontrunner is a zero gas-fee, decentralized sports prediction market that lets users buy and sell shares of teams and players across NFL, NBA and Premier League markets using crypto. It presents betting odds like stock prices through a simplified trading interface and plans ETF-style offerings so users can invest in teams, ownership groups and league divisions, with trades settled in stablecoins. The platform is built on Injective, a protocol in the Cosmos ecosystem, and also uses blockchains like Ethereum and Solana as part of a multi-chain vision. Frontrunner launched its testnet last quarter and said it will add the FIFA World Cup 2022 market and expand existing league offerings by the end of the year. The company plans to add social features next year enabling group funds for pooled investing and is pursuing an offshore gaming license in the Isle of Man in Q1 next year to enable legal operation across many jurisdictions. Financially, Frontrunner has raised $4.75M in a funding round led by Susquehanna Private Equity Investments LLP.
