The company was co-founded by Matteo Trovò, Anton Morale and Nicolò Caruzzo and is based in Milan, Italy. StepsConnect plans to use new funding to expand operations and grow its international business reach. The platform’s focus is on quickly finding qualified GenZ and Millennial candidates and making job adverts more attractive and efficient for HR teams.
