- Fountain Life
Led · Series B · Aug 2025
Fountain Life operates membership-based longevity centers that focus on early-detection screening, clinical optimization and access to regenerative therapies under FDA trials. Centers run comprehensive blood tests and body scans that track over 100 biomarkers (from liver fat to microbiome concentrations) and members can monitor results and communicate via an AI app called Zori. The company repeats testing roughly quarterly and offers tiered subscriptions (a full membership costs $30,000/year; testing and AI access costs $10,000). Fountain Life began from a merger in October 2020 between Dr. William Kapp’s Longevity Performance Center and Fountain Therapeutics; Kapp is CEO and Peter Diamandis and Tony Robbins are co-founders and board members. Today Fountain operates four centers with planned openings in Houston (December) and Los Angeles and Miami in Q2 2026, and it says it will expand by training other clinics on its methodology to drive down costs. Board and investor supporters include advisor Dr. Bob Hariri and investors Todd Wanek and B.K. Modi. The company has highlighted clinical cases where early screening caught asymptomatic cancers and aneurysms, which the founders cite as validation of the model. Fountain Life offers preventative health and longevity services that use AI technologies and advanced diagnostic testing to identify cancer, cardiac, metabolic, and neurodegenerative diseases at early stages. The company provides members with information and tools to support lifestyle modifications aimed at longer, healthier lives. It operates dedicated centers and plans further U.S. and global expansion to broaden screening and engagement capabilities. Fountain Life opened centers in Naples, FL; White Plains, NY; Dallas, TX; and Rishikesh, India, with a Lake Nona, FL center under development and more openings planned in 2023. The firm also runs Fountain Health Insurance, a subsidiary focused on traditional care with proactive and preventative engagement. The company was founded in 2020 by Tony Robbins, Peter Diamandis, and Dr. Bob Hariri and is led by CEO Bill Kapp.
- Champ
Participated · Series B · Sep 2022
CHAMP Titles builds and operates CHAMPgov, a cloud-based system of record that lets state motor vehicle agencies digitize titles, registrations, liens, driver’s licenses, and related workflows. The company’s patented technology replaces paper-heavy legacy DMV infrastructure with an end-to-end electronic platform used by dealers, insurers, lenders, fleets, and consumers. More than 35 million Americans can now access CHAMP’s services through state contracts, and tens of millions of transactions have already run on the system. States adopting the platform reportedly cut processing times from 40-60 days to mere hours while eliminating millions of paper documents. In 2024 the firm expanded into Louisiana for both Vehicle and Driver Services, and it is commercializing the National Digital Titling Clearinghouse for interstate transactions. CHAMP operates on a pay-as-you-transact SaaS model, carries patents around digital titling, and has been recognized on the Inc. 5000 and Deloitte Technology Fast 500 lists. Founded in 2018, the Cleveland-based company has raised more than $100 million to date to fuel continued nationwide adoption.
