Jendela360 operates an online property marketplace that connects tenants, landlords and agents and offers more than 9,000 apartment units. The company pioneered 360 virtual tours in the Indonesian property industry. Founded in 2017 by Kiki Guzali, Daniel Rannu and Ade Indra, Jendela360 says its business has grown 30-fold over three years. With fresh capital the startup plans to double down on an online-to-offline approach, hiring and training real estate agent talent and building a training system to raise service standards. The company aims to pair its strong online presence with an improved offline experience to drive property transactions.

Outpost is a hospitality brand that delivers coworking, coliving, community and travel services for location-independent professionals and the companies that employ them. The company opened its flagship coworking and coliving space in Ubud, Bali, and has since expanded into Phnom Penh, Cambodia and Canggu, Bali. Founded in 2016 by David Abraham, Bryan Stewart and Petra Kamula, Outpost focuses on developing the remote work lifestyle. In May 2019 it raised US$1.3m in seed funding from EverHaus, Strypes Holdings and Clarenberg Ventures. Outpost intends to use the funds to expand its destination coworking, coliving and travel services across APAC. The company says it will announce a fourth location soon.
