Kona provides an employee experience platform for remote teams that enables daily emotional check-ins in Slack, coaching for managers, and real-time data and analytics about burnout and team well-being. The first Kona habit is sharing how people feel at work, allowing managers to immediately identify and mitigate instances of burnout. Kona coaches managers on people-first leadership skills and how to support team members in key moments of stress and frustration. The solution is used by more than 300 remote teams, including customers such as Oyster, Buffer, Aircall, GoodRx, TeamSnap, and Veriff. Led by CEO Sid Pandiya and co-founder Corine Tan, the company plans to use its new funding to accelerate growth and expand operations. Kona is based in San Francisco, CA.
