  • Safebooks

    Participated · Seed · Dec 2025

Founded in 2023, Safebooks has built Agentic Revenue Integrity (ARI), an intelligent automation layer that sits on top of existing quote-to-revenue systems to continuously monitor, reconcile, and remediate financial data. The platform uses a proprietary Financial Data Graph to link opportunities, contracts, invoices, billing records, and payments, delivering a unified, audit-ready source of truth without replacing current ERP, CRM, or billing tools. Safebooks reads structured and unstructured documents, validates them against system data, and auto-corrects discrepancies in real time, thereby eliminating manual reviews and accelerating deal cycles. Since launch, the company has monitored more than $40 billion in financial transactions and removed thousands of hours of manual reconciliation work for enterprise SaaS customers. By transforming revenue assurance from a reactive process to a proactive control, Safebooks aims to prevent revenue leakage and improve cash-flow predictability. Headquartered in San Francisco, the company positions itself as foundational infrastructure for CFO organizations seeking trusted, governed financial data at scale.

  • Catena

    Participated · Seed · Sep 2025

Catena provides a single, modern API that unifies real-time and historical truck telematics data from thousands of fleets, giving brokers, insurers, shippers, and fintechs a clean, permissioned view of the supply chain. Its platform currently connects more than 300,000 vehicles and serves customers such as Truckstop, PortPro, and Tread. By normalizing siloed carrier data, Catena enables applications ranging from payments and insurance to fraud detection, risk management, and AI-driven predictive analytics. Founded in January 2024 by industry veterans Jeremy Baksht, Travis May, and Mike Goynes, the company positions itself as the “missing data layer” for freight. The team’s background spans Walmart, Bloomberg, Citigroup, Datavant, LiveRamp, Interos, and Optoro, giving them deep expertise in data infrastructure and logistics. Catena intends to use its new capital to accelerate product development, expand integrations with telematics providers, and deepen partnerships across brokerage, insurance, and fintech segments. The company has raised $8 million to date, including the newly announced seed round.

Ampersand offers a code-first, declarative platform that lets engineers add user-facing integrations to their SaaS apps, including configuration files, transformation functions, embeddable UI components, and a dashboard for monitoring and troubleshooting. The product is positioned as an alternative to unified APIs, emphasizing granular, customer-configurable experiences and developer control similar to infrastructure tooling. Founders Lauren Long and Ayan Barua bring prior product and engineering experience (Firebase Extensions, G2, Siftery), which informs the company’s developer-focused approach. Ampersand currently works with a number of design partners as it finalizes its product-market fit. The company plans to begin monetizing the service within the next two quarters. Financially, Ampersand recently closed a $4.7 million seed round to support product development and go-to-market efforts.

  • Archy

    Participated · Seed · Nov 2022

Its design enables offices to onboard non-dental staff quickly while built-in AI automates labor-intensive tasks such as insurance verification and patient communications. These automations aim to lower overhead and boost operational efficiency for practices.
