The company runs over 70 restaurants under the Mon Hue, Com Express and Pho Ong Hung brands, serving regional Vietnamese cuisines. Its core product is affordable, authentic local Vietnamese food prepared from formulated family recipes in modern, comfortable environments. The Series C proceeds will be used to support network expansion in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi and other cities. Huy Vietnam plans additional openings in 2015 and intends to expand to Nha Trang, Hue and Dalat in the second half of 2015. Management emphasizes a multi-brand strategy (central, southern and northern Vietnamese cuisines) to capture market share across regions. Huy Vietnam Group Limited is a Vietnam-based operator of self-managed, local Vietnamese food restaurants. Launched in 2007 by Chairman and CEO KY Huy, the company serves traditional Vietnamese food prepared from formulated family-owned recipes. It currently runs over 40 restaurants under the Mon Hue, Com Express and Pho Ong Hung brands. The company secured US$15.0m in Series B equity financing. The funds are intended for network expansion in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. Backers in the round included New Asia Partners, AIF Capital and Fortress Capital.

Hostway provides a range of hosting services from small-business web hosting to managed dedicated server hosting for medium and large enterprises. The company launched cloud hosting offerings in 2009. Founded in 1998, Hostway has a direct presence in 14 countries, 17 worldwide operation centers and more than 700 employees. Hostway closed a $110M financing consisting of debt and equity to fund its next phase of growth. The funds are intended to enable the company to support expansion and further development of its services. The transaction was led by Veronis Suhler Stevenson with participation from Fortress Capital, Regiment Capital and Phoenix Life.
