  Huy Vietnam Group Limited is one of Vietnam’s first international, professionally managed restaurant companies, operating since 2007. The company runs over 70 restaurants under the Mon Hue, Com Express and Pho Ong Hung brands, serving regional Vietnamese cuisines. The Series C proceeds will be used to support network expansion in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi and other cities. Huy Vietnam plans additional openings in 2015 and intends to expand to Nha Trang, Hue and Dalat in the second half of 2015. Management emphasizes a multi-brand strategy (central, southern and northern Vietnamese cuisines) to capture market share across regions. Huy Vietnam Group Limited is a Vietnam-based operator of self-managed, local Vietnamese food restaurants. Launched in 2007 by Chairman and CEO KY Huy, the company serves traditional Vietnamese food prepared from formulated family-owned recipes. It currently runs over 40 restaurants under the Mon Hue, Com Express and Pho Ong Hung brands. The company secured US$15.0m in Series B equity financing. The funds are intended for network expansion in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. Backers in the round included New Asia Partners, AIF Capital and Fortress Capital.
