CustomerX provides a Customer Success management platform that helps SaaS companies identify customer engagement, enable data-driven, proactive decisions, and reduce revenue loss from cancellations. The software integrates with many market platforms and centralizes customer information to surface opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell. Founded in 2017 in Toledo, Paraná, the startup targets small and medium SaaS companies and plans to expand into traditional sectors such as finance and services. CustomerX reported more than 250% growth in 2020, counts clients including Abstartups, Neemo (Linx), Exact Sales, PetLove, Siagri, Tray (Locaweb), TecnoSpeed and Track, and is hiring to more than double its team to about 35 people in 2021. The company aims to become the principal Customer Success tool in Brazil and to prepare for global expansion in 2022.
