- Condutive
Participated · Seed · Aug 2026
Founded in 2024 in Santa Catarina, Condutive operates as a curatorial layer between consumers and the energy market, aggregating energy subscriptions, access to the free energy market and distributed generation (photovoltaic) projects. The platform selects suppliers and provides technical support through the contract lifecycle, and currently works with around 30 partner suppliers including EDP, Matrix and Casa dos Ventos. Condutive reports presence across 25 states and recent traction with a 50% increase in proposal volume over the past six months. The company aims to scale distribution via a planned network of 1,000 autonomous consultants trained online, modeled after investment advisor networks. It targets reaching 1,000 customers in its next growth cycle and aspires to become the largest utilities marketplace in Brazil.
- Talent Academy
Participated · Seed · Jul 2026
Founded in 2018 by siblings Maurício and Renata Betti and psychologist Jaqueline Padilha, Talent Academy develops a software platform with four core tools for behavioral profile analysis, climate and pulse surveys, socioemotional skills development and performance evaluation. Its platform uses people analytics to provide data and insights aimed at improving employee journeys, reducing turnover and increasing productivity and engagement. The company doubled its team in 2022 and closed contracts and partnerships with organizations including Raízen, Oracle and Gerando Falcões. Talent Academy has participated in global programs such as Berkeley SkyDeck and won multiple competitions and acceleration slots, including South Summit Brasil, Startup Olé Brasil and Porto Seguro’s Oxigênio, and won Meta Ventures’ Bring Your SaaS. The startup has previously raised roughly R$1.5 million from angels and existing investors and received about US$105,000 from Berkeley SkyDeck; it is currently eligible for a potential additional investment of up to R$1.5 million from Meta Ventures. With the new seed proceeds, the company intends to invest in product development and expand its commercial presence in Brazil and Latin America as it prepares to seek a Series A in 2024.
- Sandwiche
Led · Seed · May 2026
Founded in 2023 by a team largely from PicPay, Sandwiche launched with a store-in-bio product that centralized creators’ sales and later pivoted into a creator marketing platform. It specializes in nano and micro creators (about 5,000 to 50,000 followers) and has registered roughly 1 million creators on its platform, with about 15% based in Latin America. The company serves 20–25 active clients including Emma Colchões, Positive.co (which includes A Tal da Castanha and Jungle), Mastercard and General Motors, and facilitates half of Emma Colchões’ creator operations in Spain and Germany. In 2025, 57% of the company’s global revenue came from the creator channel, and in Q1 2026 the company’s revenue was double the total recorded for all of 2025. Sandwiche’s platform already incorporates AI-driven features and autonomous WhatsApp agents to engage creators, while pursuing enhancements in brand-safety, reputation analysis and creator discovery.
- Guia da Alma
Participated · Equity · Nov 2025
Guia da Alma offers a B2B mental-health benefits platform that helps employers support the psychological well-being of their workforces through prevention, guidance and care resources. The company says its product is already validated and commercially consolidated among small and medium-sized enterprises, and a distribution partnership with Wellhub allows it to reach thousands of users every month. In 2025 the startup operated at breakeven while expanding its team and internal structure, more than doubling both revenue (versus 2024) and its customer base. Management has set a goal of doubling revenue every year and serving roughly 1,000 B2B customers by the end of 2027. Recent organisational changes include co-founder Liana moving from CMO to Chief Sales Officer and the hiring of Chris Fedrizzi as Chief Product Officer to oversee customer journey and product innovation. The company plans to allocate new capital toward technology enhancements, marketing and sales in order to scale already-validated commercial channels and improve user experience.
- Minha Coleta
Led · Equity · Nov 2025
Minha Coleta is a greentech offering a digital platform that integrates data, automates processes and facilitates reverse-logistics credits to improve the efficiency and compliance of waste-management operations. The solution targets Brazil’s fragmented waste chain, where more than 3,000 active landfills and low transparency create a sizeable market opportunity. After a shareholder dispute halted new business for about nine months and caused the loss of a client accounting for roughly 40 % of its revenue, the founder regained control and relaunched growth. In 2025 the company is on pace to nearly double the previous year’s revenue. Leveraging its new capital, the startup aims to scale operations and achieve a ten-fold expansion by 2026. The firm’s impact-driven model positions it well within the expanding ESG and impact-investment landscape in Brazil.
