  • Guia da Alma

    Participated · Equity · Nov 2025

Guia da Alma offers a B2B mental-health benefits platform that helps employers support the psychological well-being of their workforces through prevention, guidance and care resources. The company says its product is already validated and commercially consolidated among small and medium-sized enterprises, and a distribution partnership with Wellhub allows it to reach thousands of users every month. In 2025 the startup operated at breakeven while expanding its team and internal structure, more than doubling both revenue (versus 2024) and its customer base. Management has set a goal of doubling revenue every year and serving roughly 1,000 B2B customers by the end of 2027. Recent organisational changes include co-founder Liana moving from CMO to Chief Sales Officer and the hiring of Chris Fedrizzi as Chief Product Officer to oversee customer journey and product innovation. The company plans to allocate new capital toward technology enhancements, marketing and sales in order to scale already-validated commercial channels and improve user experience.

  • Bits

    Led · Equity · Jul 2024

Bits is a Brazilian legaltech that simplifies complex legal jargon and makes documents more readable using UX techniques. The company narrowed its product to focus solely on transforming documents into easier-to-understand formats. Bits raised $330K in a round led by Quintal and Levain Ventures, with participation from Anjos do Brasil, Harvard Angels, and Insper Angels. The funds will be used to enhance the platform with generative AI capabilities. As part of the deal, Bits will receive media exposure through Quintal’s partnership with Grupo Ric’s radio and TV channels. Co-founder and CEO Erik Nybo said the company was founded to help companies undergo digital transformation but shifted to concentrate on document transformation.

Plano offers an AI-driven platform that diagnoses users' financial health and delivers personalized action plans, with optional regular human advisory sessions. The product is available B2C and as a white-label solution for companies, and the startup pursues B2B2C partnerships to drive growth. Plano targets lower- and middle-income users and reports having helped more than 40,000 people get out of debt, optimized over R$160 million, provided over 500,000 hours of consultancy, and supported more than 20,000 clients to start investing. The company projects R$3.5 million in revenue in 2024 and aims to grow its database to over 300,000 users. Plano plans to use new funding to increase traction and volumetry of users in the B2B2C channel and to improve its solution to boost engagement and impact. Management expects a new Banco Central resolution effective July 1, 2024, to increase demand from banks and other financial institutions for financial-education solutions.

  • Já Vendeu

    Participated · Equity · Jun 2023

Já Vendeu operates a digital marketplace focused on the end-to-end process of buying and selling used goods. The startup assumes responsibility for product photography, cataloguing, listing and delivery, and provides detailed analyses of item conditions to increase transparency for consumers. In 2022 the company reported R$7 million in products commercialized, with electronics and appliances as prominent categories. The business has also expanded its warehouse to a space four times larger than at the start of operations. Company leadership frames Já Vendeu as a reference in the circular economy and says it is prepared to continue rapid growth. The team is described by investors as having strong synergy across product, technology and analysis capabilities. Já Vendeu offers a full-service platform that streamlines the sale of used products by taking care of pricing, immediate pickup, studio photography, online listing and final delivery. The service supports both companies and consumers, with primary categories including electronics, appliances and furniture. Founded a year ago in São Carlos by Daniel Paredes, Diogo Suguimoto, Lucas Navarro and Vinicius Romani—who previously worked at GetNinjas, Uber and OLX Brasil—the startup has expanded operations to the city of São Paulo. The company reported more than R$500k in platform sales in 2021 and at times has maintained a waiting list due to high demand. Já Vendeu positions itself to make buying and selling used goods less cumbersome, more secure and more environmentally friendly, and plans to scale operations using external investor support.
