  Guia da Alma offers a B2B mental-health benefits platform that helps employers support the psychological well-being of their workforces through prevention, guidance and care resources. The company says its product is already validated and commercially consolidated among small and medium-sized enterprises, and a distribution partnership with Wellhub allows it to reach thousands of users every month. In 2025 the startup operated at breakeven while expanding its team and internal structure, more than doubling both revenue (versus 2024) and its customer base. Management has set a goal of doubling revenue every year and serving roughly 1,000 B2B customers by the end of 2027. Recent organisational changes include co-founder Liana moving from CMO to Chief Sales Officer and the hiring of Chris Fedrizzi as Chief Product Officer to oversee customer journey and product innovation. The company plans to allocate new capital toward technology enhancements, marketing and sales in order to scale already-validated commercial channels and improve user experience.
