Kairos is building a unified, cross-platform terminal that allows professional traders to analyze and execute positions across multiple prediction market venues such as Polymarket. Founded by former Cboe Global Markets employees Jay Malawa and Zaid Alzein, the company aims to solve the fragmentation of information and poor user experience that currently hampers prediction market trading. Architect Financial Technologies Inc. builds trading technology and brokerage services for institutional clients across global markets. Its flagship product is AX, the financial industry’s first centralized exchange for perpetual futures on traditional assets such as foreign currencies, interest rates, single stocks, stock indexes, metals, and other commodities. Operated by Architect Bermuda Ltd. under the Bermuda Monetary Authority, AX provides regulatory clarity and is presently open to hedge funds, market makers, asset managers, insurers, and other professional investors, with a wait-list for sophisticated individual traders. Established in 2023, Architect previously raised a $5 million pre-seed round in 2023 and a $12 million seed round in 2024. The newly secured capital will be used to scale AX’s infrastructure, broaden its product coverage, and deepen global distribution. Management believes these efforts will help catalyze a new era in global derivatives trading by extending perpetual futures to traditional markets.
