The Medical College of Georgia (MCG) at Georgia Health Sciences University (GHSU) is one of the oldest medical colleges in the US, and it is dedicated to preparing its students for a future in healthcare. REACH Health powers many of the nation’s largest telemedicine networks and emphasizes ease of use for physicians and clinicians across specialties. The company is rolling out its REACH Access platform to expand specialty coverage and adoption. Recent funding will support that rollout and broader growth as more health systems implement its solutions to improve outcomes and reduce costs. REACH Health offers a cloud-computing telemedicine platform that enables live audio/video consultations and comprehensive patient data sharing to connect specialty physicians with patients. Its new multidisciplinary platform, REACH Access™, was designed by physicians to extend the company’s original urgent-stroke care technology across multiple clinical disciplines. The business recently completed a $5M Series A financing to support continued expansion into acute care services.
