  • Jota

    Participated · Series A · Jun 2026

Jota provides a conversational assistant that helps entrepreneurs manage finances by understanding text, audio and photos within WhatsApp and its own app. The product automates categorization of expenses, controls payments, records receivables, issues reminders, and produces proactive financial insights. With the launch of Jota 2.0 the company moved from a reactive responder to an agent that anticipates needs, reporting engagement up to five times that of the prior version in tests. Since its seed round the company has grown to about 300,000 customers and approximately R$3.5 billion in annualized transacted volume. Jota plans to use proceeds from its Series A to accelerate AI infrastructure development and expand assistant functionalities, including studying contextual credit offerings at the moment customers need liquidity. The company emphasizes serving entrepreneurs who manage finances conversationally rather than through spreadsheets or separate banking apps.

  • Pivot

    Participated · Series B · May 2026

Pivot offers an AI operating system for enterprise procurement and finance teams that centralizes sourcing, approvals, purchasing, invoicing, payments, budgets, expenses and reporting. The platform integrates with ERP and financial systems and supports complex multi-entity environments to provide real-time visibility into committed spending. Pivot emphasizes AI-driven workflow automation and agentic AI to shift manual procurement tasks to automated processes while preserving financial controls and reporting accuracy. Since launching in 2023, the company has expanded to more than 25 countries and processes approximately $3 billion in invoices annually. Customers named by the company include DoorDash, Lemonade and Flix. Pivot plans to use new funding to accelerate agentic AI development, deepen ERP integrations and expand into additional enterprise markets.

  • Doss

    Participated · Series B · Mar 2026

DOSS offers an AI-native Operations Cloud designed to sit alongside existing general ledgers and legacy systems, enabling procurement, inventory, and order workflows to self-configure and adapt in real time via natural language. Its platform leverages a composable data model and an AI copilot called Dossbot to reduce the lengthy, rigid implementations typical of traditional ERPs. The company targets operationally complex sectors including retail, wholesale, and manufacturing and serves customers such as Verve Coffee Roasters and Mezcla. With the $55M Series B, DOSS plans to deepen its unified data model, accelerate agentic systems that automate operational configuration, and expand its platform to support transitions from static ERPs to adaptable systems of action. The business is led by a team of enterprise software veterans and recently added Madrona's Karan Mehandru to its board.

  • Damisa

    Participated · Seed · Apr 2025

Damisa is developing a stablecoin payment service that uses proprietary smart wallets to streamline B2B cross-border transfers and escrow workflows. The product targets sectors with complex international payments—logistics, real estate, travel, and education—with an initial rollout planned in those verticals. Damisa says its approach will reduce fees, speed settlement, and increase transparency compared with legacy payment rails. The company aims to simplify escrow services where trust and timing are critical by orchestrating leading stablecoins for speed and security. Damisa is preparing to launch its service after raising a £2.25M pre-seed round to support product development and go-to-market. The company was founded by Jordan Lawrence, who previously co-founded real-time payments platform Volt, and is positioning itself amid clearer regulatory frameworks for digital assets.

  • Strike

    Participated · Series A · Apr 2025

Strike is a Uruguay-based provider of AI-powered continuous penetration testing and compliance solutions, founded by Santiago Rosenblatt. Its flagship product, Strike360, is an AI-powered engine that automates vulnerability detection, retesting, and compliance processes. Key features include real-time vulnerability alerts, actionable remediation suggestions, and downloadable compliance reports to assist with regulatory requirements. Strike serves enterprise customers across finance, healthcare, and technology, including Okta, Globant, DeliveryHero, and Santander Bank. The company will use the $13.5M Series A to scale operations in the U.S. and Brazil and to accelerate development and deployment of Strike360. The Series A was led by FinTech Collective with participation from Galicia Ventures, Greyhound Capital Management, FJ Labs, Canary Ventures, and Carao Ventures. Strike Security combines automated scanning with a network of ethical hackers (“Strikers”) to deliver continuous penetration testing and recurring vulnerability monitoring at a lower cost than traditional providers. The platform embeds Strikers with engineering teams via integrations with tools such as Jira and Slack, provides automated reporting for compliance, and runs scheduled scans to detect critical vulnerabilities. Strike says its offering is roughly ten times more accessible than some competitors and maintains a waiting list of more than 100 ethical hackers. The company positions its service as a way to shift penetration testing from an infrequent, costly exercise to a consistent security practice. Strike raised a $5.4 million seed round to build out the product and grow its hacker network. The startup plans to use the funding to strengthen its position in the Latin American region in 2022 and subsequently expand into the U.S. and European markets.
