Automaise provides an all-in-one, low-code platform that combines conversational AI, back-office process optimisation, decision automation and automated workflows to improve customer service efficiency. Its Agentic AI agents enable customer self-service, augment human agents, and free staff to handle complex tasks. The platform uses deep learning architectures (LSTMs, CNNs, Transformers) plus transfer and active learning to handle structured and unstructured data. Automaise serves clients across retail, banking, insurance and telecommunications and claims productivity gains of up to 60% for customers. Financially, the company reported $3.1M revenue in 2024 (up from $2.2M in 2023 and $1.2M in 2021) and has a 35-person team. Future plans include expanding across Europe and the U.S. (initial targets: Germany, the UK, U.S. East Coast), hiring 30 new employees by end of 2025, and integrating generative AI features slated for Q4 2025.

Eneida intends to use the funds from its recent Series B to extend its leadership to new markets, accelerate R&D to further develop its technology for grid operators and new energy players, and continue scaling its business and operational analytics platform. The business focuses on neighbourhood grid intelligence for zero emission neighbourhoods (ZENs) and positions its product for operators and emerging energy participants. It recently closed a €10.5M Series B to support these efforts.

Libattion produces stationary energy storage systems called "e-Racks" using upcycled electric vehicle batteries. The e-Racks cover capacities from 97 kWh to 60 MWh and are designed to provide services such as frequency control, peak demand reduction, and fast EV charging. The systems can support critical infrastructure and hybridise renewable assets by storing surplus energy. Libattion also offers algorithms and power control systems that extend the service life of upcycled batteries to achieve technical performance equal to new batteries. The company aims to reduce imports of critical resources and contribute to the decarbonisation of industries through a more sustainable, cost-effective battery technology. Libattion has secured €14 million in funding to help achieve its next milestones and scale its solutions.

LOQR, founded in 2015 and based in Portugal, offers a compliant end-to-end digital onboarding platform for banks and other highly regulated verticals, enabling remote account opening, customer data updates and remote access recovery. The platform is positioned as an integrated digital channel to help financial institutions dematerialize processes and deliver secure remote financial services. LOQR operates with major banking clients—working with five of Portugal’s six leading banks—and reports reference clients in Portugal, Spain and Norway. The company currently has about 50 employees and plans to more than double headcount by year-end, opening over 40 vacancies. The new funding will be used to strengthen international expansion across the EMEA region, invest in technology and R&D, and continue evolving the product and platform.
