  Demox Labs develops zero-knowledge blockchain infrastructure and privacy tools to increase adoption of ZK technology among individuals and enterprises. The company launched its first public product, Leo Wallet, in spring 2023 — a privacy-focused wallet for the Aleo blockchain that allows browser-based interactions with programmable zero-knowledge blockchains. Led by CEO Barron Caster, Demox provides developer-facing solutions to enable innovative products on zero-knowledge chains. The company plans to use new funding to build enterprise ZK infrastructure, deploy privacy-based frameworks for developers, and advance Leo Wallet’s privacy technology and cross-chain interoperability. Financially, Demox completed a $4.5M Pre-Seed round to support these initiatives.

  Decrypt is a media company launched in 2018 to demystify crypto and the decentralized web and also operates Decrypt Studios, a production arm focused on NFT and metaverse activations. The site reaches about 5 million average monthly unique visitors and employs 25 full-time staff. Decrypt spun out from the ConsenSys Mesh incubator after a $10M fundraise on a $50M post-money valuation. The company plans to invest in further editorial growth, live video, podcasts, and events while building out Decrypt Studios' branded NFT and metaverse offerings. Decrypt will also invest heavily in PubDAO, the decentralized newswire it co-launched to source stories, press releases, and other crypto work. Leadership includes co-founders Josh Quittner, Ilan Hazan, and Ryan Bubinski, Editor-in-Chief Dan Roberts, Executive Editor Jeff John Roberts, and Publisher/CRO Alanna Roazzi-Laforet.
