  Intertwine operates a storytelling social network built around a shared creativity approach, allowing writers, readers and talent to create, share and publish multimedia (text, audio, video, images) works. The company targets schools and universities that run co-learning and digital projects, as well as companies seeking to develop value and storytelling strategies. Led by founder and CEO Gianluca Manca, Intertwine is an Innovative Startup based at Digital Magics Napoli in Naples. The company plans to use the funds to increase product development, marketing and sales efforts, hire new people and expand its 15-person community. It is also planning geographic expansion, with new offices to open in Abruzzo. Intertwine is a web platform that enables users to create, share and publish multimedia products in a collaboration-oriented environment. The company is developing an entertainment product that blends features of traditional printed products with digital communication and social networks, centered on a “plotter” who creates a plot and “brickers” who contribute multimedia bricks. After completion the plotter selects the most appropriate bricks to create an “intertbook,” which is distributed digitally and generates revenues for the plotter for each participating bricker and for the platform. The beta version is online and offers social capabilities such as comments, notifications, likes, sharing within the platform and to social networks, writing tools like notes, and multimedia preview. Intertwine is led by CEO Gianluca Manca with Salvatore Imparato, Gennaro Mangani and Stefano Imparato on the team and is based in Fisciano (Salerno), Italy. It recently raised €110k and intends to use the funds to accelerate growth and the production process.
