This creates a common credit language for non-public brands and simplifies diligence for both lenders and landlords. To date, Bonside has completed 50 investments, reporting no defaults and returns above multi-year targets. Brands can share their Scorecard outputs with property owners, potentially shortening lease negotiations and lowering due-diligence costs. Publicly launched in 2023, Bonside now has more than $130 million in total capital available following its latest financing partnership and intends to boost the frequency and ticket size of future financings.
