- Emmi AI
Led · Seed · Apr 2025
Emmi AI builds AI-powered simulation technology that replaces traditional numerical solvers with deep learning models capable of processing massive simulations in milliseconds. The company spun out of the simulation group at NXAI, an Austrian AI research lab focused on industrial applications. Emmi’s software aims to remove labor-intensive manual setup and enable real-time, data-driven digital twins that can learn, adapt, and optimize. The startup raised €15M in a seed round — the largest seed investment ever for an Austrian startup — and will use the funds to expand its engineering and research team, further develop its real-time simulation platform, and scale across industrial sectors. CEO and co-founder Dennis Just says the technology can transform simulations that previously took days or weeks into seconds, accelerating engineering workflows.
