Fieldin provides an agricultural operating system (AgOS) that evaluates and manages the entire growing cycle from planning to execution, including equipment, workers and materials. The company installs sensors on tractors, machines and farm implements, turning operational equipment into connected ‘smart’ machines and transmitting operator and field data in real time to its platform. Aggregated data and dashboards create visibility and insight for key farm decision-makers, strengthening accountability, precision, practices and results. The AgOS leverages machine learning and AI to provide custom recommendations for the management of key work processes, supporting crop health and yields, improving sustainability, and boosting overall efficiency and profits. The technology is already deployed in 5 of the 10 largest farms in California and supports more than 20% of global almond production. Fieldin has operations in San Jose and Fresno, California, an R&D center in Yoqneam, Israel, and an office in Mildura, Australia; it intends to use funding to continue to expand operations and its business reach. Fieldin offers a one-stop data analytics and decision platform focused on the $25+ billion specialty crop market (fruits, nuts and vegetables). It captures IoT data from tractors, sprayers and harvesters, combines weather, satellite and manual inputs, and applies machine learning to present actionable recommendations through a single dashboard. The product suite includes an award-winning smart spraying module and a smart harvesting app and enables growers to compare equipment, operators and blocks to find efficiencies. Fieldin launched in 2013 and now has presence on over 300,000 acres; customers report quick ROI (as fast as two weeks) and the company experienced zero churn in the prior 12 months. The platform has driven measurable savings—for example, one almond grower reduced labor and harvest operation costs by more than 30%—which has supported rapid customer adoption. Fieldin plans to use new capital to triple its US sales, grower support and technical teams, and to expand R&D and product development at its engineering and data science headquarters in Israel. FieldIn provides an IoT-enabled analytics platform for AgPest management, combining sensor data with advanced analytics and AI to deliver real-time management of pesticide usage, patterns, and efficacy. The platform computes geospatial, chemical, biological, weather and other parameters to help growers improve yields, adapt to pest resistance and reduce costs. FieldIn serves the full AgPest supply chain, from growers to retailers, and offers data software services for operational control. The company is led by Founder and CEO Boaz Bachar and Chief Agronomist Officer Iftach Birger, and employs 25 team members in Ramat-Yishai with sales and support staff in Salinas, California and South Africa. FieldIn recently closed a $4M funding round to expand its global customer base and enhance its AgPest dataset.
