The app also supports contactless features—touchless payments and identity control—and people-counting and movement-tracking capabilities that address post‑COVID safety concerns. Leadership is led by founder and CEO Marley Fabisiewicz, CTO Danish Abdullah, and Chief Revenue Officer Maciej Markowski. The company positions itself to help landlords manage return-to-office challenges and to support flexible, short-term leasing and enhanced service levels in buildings. Financially, SpaceOS recently completed a $2.5 million investment round that includes strategic backing from the Austrian real estate firm Immofinanz.
