Indian Overseas Bank (the Bank) is engaged in the business of banking. The Bank's segments include Treasury, Corporate/Wholesale Banking, Retail Banking and Other Banking Operations.     Dhobi G operates a tech-first, zero-CAPEX laundry service focused on colleges and universities, running operations with its LaundryOS and a training arm called CILDC. The founders—Ravi Ranjan, Ankur Gupta and Daksh Sabharwal—built the business after piloting with SRM University and iterating on operational challenges. The company plans to develop laundry facilities in five more campuses to serve 7,500+ students in the next phase and targets serving over 20,000 students in 12 months. Dhobi G is expanding within Chennai and evaluating markets in northern India, Bengaluru and Coimbatore. The firm highlights water-efficient machines that it says save the equivalent of 570 municipal water tankers every year.

    Founded in 2007 and based in Hyderabad, CtrlS operates more than 15 data centers across India and has been expanding its footprint to meet rising demand from cloud providers, enterprises, and AI workloads. In 2023 the company announced plans to invest $2 billion over six years to grow its data center presence. The CPP Investments partnership will provide both equity capital and a JV development commitment to build hyperscale campuses, enabling further capacity expansion and infrastructure tailored for AI. CtrlS serves a mix of cloud, enterprise and AI customers and is positioning to capture increased demand as global technology firms and investors expand AI-related infrastructure in India.
