  Founded in 2007 and based in Hyderabad, CtrlS operates more than 15 data centers across India and has been expanding its footprint to meet rising demand from cloud providers, enterprises, and AI workloads. In 2023 the company announced plans to invest $2 billion over six years to grow its data center presence. The CPP Investments partnership will provide both equity capital and a JV development commitment to build hyperscale campuses, enabling further capacity expansion and infrastructure tailored for AI. CtrlS serves a mix of cloud, enterprise and AI customers and is positioning to capture increased demand as global technology firms and investors expand AI-related infrastructure in India.
