Overview
We started out as a private limited company in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, with the aim of developing Internet solutions for customers. 18 years on, we have grown into a group of companies providing a multitude of end-to-end solutions for online ventures in various sectors. Our success stems from not only having the relevant technological skills but also knowledge in various business domains. We have the ability to understand the needs of customers, be it small or large enterprise merchants, and develop and customise solutions accordingly. A MSC-status company since 2002, Infinitium's strength is in the area of electronic payment solutions for Internet and mobile applications. Our foray into e-payment with Secure Socket Layer (SSL) began in 1999 to provide payment services for small merchants. Then, building on our experience and expertise, we went on to develop payment gateway and fraud detection servers for enterprise merchants, Bank Payment Gateway (BPG) for the leading acquirer in Malaysia, Recurring Payment System (RPS) and 3-D Integrated Mobile Secure (IMS) authentication platform for issuers. We also expanded into providing Tokenization solutions, Business-to-Business (B2B) Procurement and 2FA Service. Today, we have expanded outside of Malaysia with businesses in Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand and the Philippines. Our next big expansion is into the Asian market. Infinitium's 3-D Secure IMS solutions is currently used in more than 40 banks in South East Asia, of which 15 are in Indonesia. We have a unique advantage of providing solutions across all user spectrum in the e-payment space. Our strength lies in our ability to provide multi-touch point cross channel payment solutions for our customers. A winning combination of technical skills and business knowledge has placed us in a strong position to develop solutions which provide efficient and secure experiences for issuers, acquirers, merchants and cardholders. Veradermics is a late clinical-stage, dermatologist-founded biopharmaceutical company focused on first-in-class treatments for common dermatologic conditions. Its lead candidate, VDPHL01, is an extended-release, non-hormonal oral minoxidil tablet positioned to become the first FDA-approved oral therapy for pattern hair loss in both women and men. VDPHL01 is currently being evaluated in three Phase 3 trials after encouraging Phase 2 male data showed average hair count increases of 37.5 hairs/cm² at two months and 47.3 hairs/cm² at four months, with 90.5 % of participants reporting improved coverage and no serious adverse events. The formulation aims to sustain minoxidil exposure to follicles while avoiding cardiac risk–related concentration spikes seen in immediate-release versions. Proceeds from the recent financing will fund completion of Phase 3 registrational trials and a planned New Drug Application submission to the FDA. Beyond VDPHL01, Veradermics is building a pipeline of differentiated dermatology products that combine proven mechanisms with innovative delivery technologies to enhance efficacy, safety, and patient convenience.
