The company positions its technology as a way to democratize access to space and enable satellite manufacturers to reallocate resources toward new ventures. Funds from the recent round will be used to scale the startup, intensify R&D, explore commercial opportunities, and further qualify hardware in operational environments. As part of the investment, a Galaxia representative will join SPiN’s board and the company will move its headquarters from Germany to Italy. SPiN was founded in 2015 during the founders' studies at TU Delft and has participated in ESA BIC and Techstars programs. The company has received recognition at competitions including Startup Weekend Space, INNOSpace Masters, and Space2Connect.

Founded in 2015 by CEO Andrea Genovese, Social Academy combines course discovery with placement support for learners and employers. The company says it will use the new funding to continue expanding its operations.

  Scooterino operates a mobile app that matches verified scooter owners, called Scooteristas, with riders heading the same way so they can share trips and costs. The app is available for iOS and Android and currently operates in the city center of Rome. The service verifies scooter owners and facilitates shared journeys and expense-splitting between Scooteristas and passengers. The company announced a €500K funding round to support its growth. Scooterino intends to use the funds to continue expanding within Rome and, later, nationwide across Italy. The company was founded by Oliver Page and Francesco Rellini and is based in Rome, Italy.
