Its platform includes Customer Service, Customer Experience, and Marketing solutions that enable brands to drive insights and elevate customer experiences throughout the customer lifecycle while reducing costs. The company works with thousands of businesses globally, including Shake Shack, Baskin Robbins, and Guzman y Gomez, and is live in 10 countries across North America, APAC, and the Middle East. Led by CEO Sai Alluri, Momos operates from San Diego and Singapore. Momos raised $10M in a Series A and has $17M in capital raised to date. The company intends to use the funds to expand its business reach. Momos is a Singapore-based SaaS platform for the food and beverage industry that offers a unified interface for restaurants to manage food delivery platforms, social media, and other online channels. Launched in 2020 by foodtech veterans from Seize, Uber, Microsoft, and Intuit, the platform helps eateries maximize revenue and growth through marketing, reviews, and analytics tools. In August 2021 Momos raised $6.5M in a seed round led by Sequoia Cash India and Alpha Wave Incubation (AWI). Other participants included K3 Ventures, Captii Ventures, Hong Kong-based Integrated Cash, HOF Money, JIA Group, and main angel traders from global food shipping and application enterprises. The company says the funding will support its global expansion plans and enable it to continue providing value to its café partners. Momos intends to use the capital to expand the Momos platform and grow its partner network.
