HelloSky (formerly Skyminyr) offers a next-generation, AI- and data-science-driven talent intelligence platform engineered specifically for high-stakes executive search. The product consolidates human capital, company, talent, and investor data into a single platform and uses proprietary talent graphs, advanced executive competency smart tags, relationship intelligence, and connection pathing to surface exact-fit candidates. HelloSky also provides dynamic market mapping, real-time tracking, and its SmartRank™ technology to help recruiters identify and evaluate leadership talent without multiple disparate subscriptions. Several fast-growing executive search firms and enterprise deployments — including Bespoke Partners, Caldwell Partners, Eastward Partners, NU Advisory Partners, and On Partners — have adopted the platform. The company has expanded its management team with Hugh Burnham as EVP, Sales and Marketing and Mike Kelch as VP of Sales to accelerate go-to-market. HelloSky has surpassed $1 million in ARR and expects to reach profitability by Q4 2025. Skyminyr offers an AI-powered platform that delivers human capital intelligence by combining behavioral analytics, sector mapping and relationship intelligence. The company spent three years in development mode with a team of data scientists applying AI-driven predictive algorithms to large human-capital datasets correlated to organizational success. Its platform benchmarks a company against peers, serves as an early warning system for looming talent issues, and provides talent-flow insights to predict movements, monitor retention risk and increase employee engagement. Skyminyr is led by CEO Alex Bates and the founding team includes John Mutch and Rupert Minnett. The company has formed an advisory board that includes Brendan Castle, Steve Cox, Matthew Guss, Betsy Wouldenberg and Jim Bethmann. Skyminyr is based in San Diego and recently raised $2.5M in Seed funding to accelerate development and rollout of its platform.

MicroPower Technologies develops wireless, solar-powered video surveillance solutions centered on its Helios platform and the MPT2520 standalone solar-powered camera. The MPT2520 operates at roughly one half a watt, integrates solar panels, and uses proprietary wireless technologies to improve data transmission in congested environments; it is compatible with Milestone and Genetec video management solutions. The company’s wireless architecture eliminates cabling and trenching, reducing installation times by about 90% compared with traditional wired systems and enabling camera placement in locations otherwise constrained by wiring. Launched in 2008 and a graduate of the EvoNexus incubator, MicroPower has deployed solutions across a wide range of vertical markets globally. The company plans to use new funding to expand product development, sales and marketing, enhance the product line, broaden use cases, and increase industry partnerships. CEO Aaron Tankersley said the financing comes amid customer momentum and will support further technical enhancements and go-to-market efforts. MicroPower Technologies develops fully integrated IP surveillance systems that eliminate data and power cables by using proprietary ultra-low-power wireless technologies and intelligent algorithms to preserve video quality and reliability. Its flagship products include the Rugged-i™ wireless video camera and the MiniHub™, which can be deployed in a matter of hours and reduce installation times by up to 90% versus traditional video systems. The company emphasizes enhanced data transmission in congested environments and improved economics of system deployment through patented performance and power improvements. MicroPower’s products are distributed globally across commercial, border protection, government, retail, education and public utility markets and the company has won industry recognition including Security Product of the Year 2011. The company says it will use new funding to promote its line of surveillance devices in new and current markets and to expand its market position.
