Klang Games is a game studio focused on exploring the future of humanity through various media, anchored by SEED, a large-scale virtual world experienced via AI-driven virtual humans called Seedlings. SEED is set in the world of Avesta and offers a player-driven economy, self-governance, customizable Seedlings, and community-oriented gameplay that relies on player caretaking. The title is currently in pre-alpha and emphasizes creating an online space where people can connect, work together, and build strong communities. With the new funding, the company plans to accelerate SEED’s development, further develop its scalable back-end and technical infrastructure, and double headcount from about 70 to 150 within 12 months while creating a collaborative workplace in central Berlin.
