Gozem operates a SuperApp that combines ride-hailing, delivery, digital payments (Gozem Money) and a vehicle-financing arm known as Gozem Financing, which uses a "Drive-to-Buy" instalment model across smartphones, motorbikes, three-wheelers and cars. As of late 2025 the company reported facilitating around one million trips per month, surpassing one million registered users, and counting nearly 10,000 registered drivers; it has financed over 7,000 vehicles and reported generating more than $90 million in cumulative earnings for 40,000 driver-partners. Public estimates of 2025 revenue vary (Latka reports $112.9 million while other estimates place it near $72 million), and the company had about 590 employees per Latka. Gozem has expanded its footprint to Togo, Benin, Gabon, Cameroon and, since November 2025, the Republic of Congo, and plans entry into Côte d'Ivoire by the end of 2026. The company has pursued strategic partnerships—such as with MTN Congo for Wi‑Fi–equipped financed vehicles—and used Series B capital to strengthen vehicle financing and accelerate rollout of its digital-money services. Its integrated ecosystem and vehicle-financing model are central to its growth strategy, though management faces operational and currency risks as it scales into larger, more competitive markets.

Joyride offers a shared mobility platform that simplifies fleet management and IoT connectivity through a branded user application, backend management tracking software, and automated operational tools. The company powers connected electric vehicle deployments—including e-scooters, e-bikes, minicars, and golf cars—in more than 250 global markets. Led by CEO and President Mike Chrzanowski, Joyride serves midsize and enterprise shared-mobility fleets. The company intends to use its new funding to expand offerings to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and to advance its proprietary technology. Financially, Joyride raised $5.2M in a Series A round led by Yamaha Motors. Joyride has been a mobility software leader since 2014. Joyride is a Toronto-based SaaS provider founded in 2014 by CEO Vince Cifani that streamlines scooter-share and bike-share management through an all-in-one platform. The company’s product offers a branded rider app, backend analytics, multimodal vehicle integrations and insurance access. Joyride serves entrepreneurs and enterprise operators in 160-plus global markets. It raised US$3.7M in funding led by Proeza Ventures and Urban Innovation Fund, with participation from Liil Ventures, Two Small Fish Ventures and Craig Miller’s Something Good Ventures. The company intends to use the proceeds to hire software, marketing, sales and customer success staff across its Toronto and European offices and to attract new customers in thousands of markets. Joyride also plans to provide existing operators with more solutions customized to city-focused and private fleet needs.

Meep offers a mobility-as-a-service app that brings together all available public and private urban transport operators in a user’s area into a single interface. Founded in 2017 and based in Madrid, the solution has been launched in four countries (Spain, Portugal, Malta and Cyprus). The company aims to provide more personalized and efficient routes to reduce congestion and improve users’ quality of life and environmental health. Meep plans to use new funding to consolidate its presence in Spain and to expand across the US, Latin America and further into Europe. In 2021 the startup planned expansion to 11 additional cities, targeting a total coverage of 18 cities worldwide. It also intends to develop new, previously unseen features for the MaaS sector.

WhereIsMyTransport builds detailed maps of formal and informal public transport networks and uses that data to power consumer and enterprise journey-planning and analytics products. It licenses transport network data to governments, development finance institutions, NGOs, operators and third-party developers for research, analytics, insights and solutions. The company launched a consumer product, Rumbo, in Mexico that has more than 100,000 users and delivers over 750,000 real-time network alerts. WhereIsMyTransport has mapped 41 cities across 28 countries and has completed data projects in Mexico City, Lima, Bangkok, Gauteng and Dhaka, with an established presence in South Africa and Mexico. The team says it plans to launch Rumbo in Lima later this year. Clients include Johannesburg’s Gautrain, Transport for Cape Town, Google, the World Bank and WSP. WhereIsMyTransport specialises in mapping formal and informal public transport networks across emerging markets. Its integrated mobility API uses proprietary algorithms and features designed for the complex transit networks found in those cities. The company has mapped 34 cities in Africa, is mapping cities in India, Southeast Asia and Latin America, and its platform contains more than 750,000 km of routes in 39 cities. WhereIsMyTransport collects diverse transport data and turns it into usable information for planners, operators and commuters—summed up as making “the invisible visible.” The startup positions its products to address mobility challenges that disproportionately affect poor and fast-growing urban populations and to support social and economic development. The company plans further international expansion supported by new strategic investment and partnerships. WhereIsMyTransport collects and provides access to public transport data and offers journey-planning services via an open integrated mobility data platform. The firm aggregates data from more than 30 major cities, including Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban. Originally founded in 2008 in Cape Town, the company relaunched in 2015 and now operates from Cape Town and London. It is expanding into India, Southeast Asia and Latin America, and carried out data collection in Mexico City last year. The company underwent staff retrenchments in late 2017 but described itself as being in an expansion stage; a March visit observed roughly 20–30 staff at work. Management did not disclose whether the company is generating revenue. As of this raise the firm has reported total funding of $5.8 million.

Teralytics builds a platform that provides advanced mobility analytics powered by telecom network data, using data science and proprietary machine learning algorithms. The company offers mobility data products for infrastructure developers, transport planners and shared mobility services across more than 10 countries. Led by CEO Alastair MacLeod, Teralytics has offices in Zurich, New York and Singapore. In June 2019 the company raised $17.5M in a funding round. It plans to use the funds to expand its geographic presence and become a global marketplace for mobility insights. Teralytics aims to cover the journeys of more than one billion people as it scales.
