Overview
We are an investment company that manages our own and third-party assets. Driven by the entrepreneurial DNA of the Norwegian tycoon Erling Lorentzen - who planted the first eucalyptus forest in Brazil and founded Aracruz Celulose - we have built successful companies aligned with the core business vocations of the country. Aracruz Celulose, Latin America's largest pulp and paper exporter for decades, became the first forestry company in the world to be part of the Dow Jones Sustainability Index in 2006 and was sold in 2008 for US$ 547 million. The group’s founder was one of the pioneering members of the Business Council for Sustainable Development, now the World Business Council for Sustainable Development, WBCSD. He was also at the inception of initiatives like the UN Global Compact, WWF Brazil, Endeavor and ECO 92. A recent highlight of our trajectory is New Steel, a company that develops a disruptive technology for dry iron ore processing sold to Vale for US$ 500 million in 2019. Nowadays, our operations are structured around six strategic axes: Logistics & Transportation (Norsul & TargetBank); Bioeconomy (Norlfor & Biofilica); Financial Solutions (Akron & TargetBank); Real Estate (Eindom); Industrial sustainable technologies focused on mining (Wave Aluminium and Wave Nickel), Concrete (Sileto), Bioufouling (BioRen); and Healthcare (Helser). Our commitment to ESG respects the highest standards of transparency and sustainability, uniting all these projects. We are here to serve, in equal measure, the individual, the environment and the economy. With a long-term vision and teamwork, we deliver exponential returns on a sustainable scale.

Fielo offers a Salesforce-native Loyalty and Incentives Cloud that automates the design and management of customer, partner, and employee incentive programs. Its point-and-click tools let companies define earning rules and reward types—points, badges, discounts, or cash—and deploy programs in hours or days without spreadsheets or costly agencies. The company positions its platform as a modern replacement for manual or agency-built programs and says more than 90% of organizations are unhappy with existing programs. Fielo announced a new Employee Incentives addition to its product suite and said it is expanding operations in Brazil and the U.S. Financially, the company has received over $7MN US in new funding from Lorinvest and Confrapar. Since its founding in 2012, Fielo has worked with customers including Country Road Group, Syngenta, Schneider Electric, Pantero, and Terpel and has been named a top 20 Salesforce ISV partner.
