REplace is an AI-driven platform that automates site selection and project acquisition for renewable energy and data center development. Its proprietary algorithms analyze more than 50 factors—landowners, grid data, permitting risk, and market dynamics—to provide instant go/no-go decisions and compress siting timelines from months to seconds. The product is used by large energy developers and acquirers, including Iberdrola (in partnership with Kyoto), EDF Renewables, Doral Energy, Elawan, and Bithenergy. REplace also supports acquisition teams evaluating secondary-market projects, positioning the platform as a tool for both development and M&A. The company plans to grow its engineering team, deepen its U.S. presence, and expand AI capabilities across land and M&A workflows. Founded in 2023 and headquartered in Tel-Aviv, REplace says the funding will help scale its impact in the U.S. and accelerate the clean energy transition.
