Participated · Series A · Sep 2024
Warehow, founded in 2021 as a spin‑out from We Are Pentagon Group, offers a complete fulfilment solution for fashion and homeware retailers, handling inventory storage, stock feeds, marketplace integrations, packing and shipping. The company directly integrates with 80+ marketplace channels and retailers, including Next, Asos, Amazon and eBay, and serves clients from SMEs to large brands such as River Island, Hoover, True Religion and Puma. Warehow provides B2B services, dropshipping options, and tailored fulfilment for multichannel sellers, allowing retailers to outsource non‑standard fulfilment tasks and avoid costly IT or operational changes. The business employs around 70 staff and has doubled its revenue over the past year, reflecting strong demand since its late‑2021 spin‑out. Current growth plans funded by the round include further technology development, adding storage capacity in an existing warehouse, and stepping up sales and marketing to scale operations. Total funding to date is now over £3.75 million, which the company says will accelerate its growth trajectory and execution of its business plan.

Led · Series B · Feb 2024
The Cloud builds and operates virtual dining brands using proprietary in‑house technology to serve as a platform for restaurateurs and scaled delivery kitchens. The company focuses on rapid international expansion, having acquired UK-based food tech startup KBOX to add 200 locations in the UK and extend its footprint in Europe. The Cloud currently operates in 7 countries and 91 cities and aims to reach 8,000 locations by the end of 2027. Financially, the business has raised $22 million to date and is pursuing additional capital alongside strategic acquisitions to fuel growth. Planned uses for new funding include international expansion, enhancing operational capabilities, and further development of its technology platform. The company is pursuing a dual listing in Abu Dhabi and Riyadh as part of its growth strategy and is led by founder Georges Karam.
