Tour24 offers an award-winning mobile app that enables renters to take self-guided apartment tours and gives property management teams tools to manage those tours and integrate with existing tech stacks. The platform emphasizes easy access, custom interactive and audio/visual tour experiences, and consistent coverage when leasing offices are closed or staff are unavailable. Tour24 positions its product as a solution to optimize leasing resources and drive more traffic, tours and leases for multifamily communities. The company said the new funding will be used to extend its technology platform and to fuel sales and marketing as it accelerates growth in the multifamily industry. Financially, Tour24 completed a $5.5 million Series A extension following an initial $5.6 million investment earlier the same year, bringing its Series A funding to just over $11 million. Tour24 is privately held and based in Boston.
