Founded in 2020 and based in Boston, the company currently serves 525,000 units across 2,065 multifamily properties in the U.S. With recent funding, Tour24 plans to continue product roadmap development, improve user experience, grow its team, and expand its presence across the U.S. multifamily market. Tour24 offers an award-winning mobile app that enables renters to take self-guided apartment tours and gives property management teams tools to manage those tours and integrate with existing tech stacks. The platform emphasizes easy access, custom interactive and audio/visual tour experiences, and consistent coverage when leasing offices are closed or staff are unavailable. It partners with real estate brokerages to give agents flexible, real-time and low-cost access to future commission income through a card-based product. The Tongo Smart Card can be used wherever debit cards are accepted and funds can be pushed directly into an agent's checking account. Repayment occurs only when the agent collects a commission; if a contract falls through the borrower can defer repayment until their next commission. The company will use the $7M seed proceeds to expand product and team in its initial real-estate market. Fundraising to-date is $11 million.

It uses proprietary technology to deliver a faster, more cost-efficient closing process. Expetitle aims to help brokerages earn more, save time for realtors, and improve the experience for buyers and sellers. In September 2021 the company closed a $2.3M seed round. With the new capital, Expetitle plans to roll out its solution to new states and new partners across the country. Expetitle provides a secure collaborative platform and app that enables fully digital and hybrid closings, allowing buyers and sellers to track the entire closing process. Expetitle was founded in January 2019 and was built in LAB Miami Ventures’ Startup Studio; the team is about 10 people with roughly five in South Florida. The company is focused on growing in Florida over the next year.
