- T2
Participated · Series B · Jul 2026
T2 develops and operates autonomous driving trucks for long-distance trunk transportation, currently running commercial operations with its self-developed Level 2 trucks. The company is conducting safety verification using formal methods and has demonstrated roughly 500 km of non-steering driving on highways including toll-booth passages. From 2024 demonstrations, it has transported cargo for over 50 partner companies, and commercial operations that began July 1 last year have expanded to 23 customer companies. T2 plans to deploy Level 4 trunk transportation services from fiscal year 2027 and is building driver-switching hubs called “Transgate” near Ayase, Kobe, and Nishinomiya by spring 2026. Financially, the company has raised over ¥16.5 billion to date, including the ¥5 billion first close of its Series B, and says it will use the new proceeds to accelerate its business and technology development toward Level 4.
- Return Helper
Participated · Series A · Jun 2026
Return Helper builds in-house products including a SaaS returns management platform with merchant and buyer portals, a proprietary warehouse management system with mobile apps, and FlexForward, its forward logistics service for cross-border shipping and fulfilment. The company integrates AI across operations to improve efficiency, shorten processing times, and raise service quality, which it credits for driving over 60% revenue growth in 2025 and achieving profitability in the second half of that year. Return Helper operates more than 20 overseas warehouses, partners with over 30 logistics and carrier providers, and supports marketplaces such as Shopify, Amazon, TikTok, and eBay. Europe has emerged as a major growth engine: EU revenue grew 215% in 2025 and nearly 100 European merchant partners work with the company, with first‑quarter 2026 performance pointing to continued triple‑digit growth. Planned use of recent funding includes international expansion (notably deeper Europe penetration), development of next‑generation AI agents for returns operations, and scaling recommerce to recapture value from returned inventory.
- Luup

Luup provides the LUUP micromobility sharing service, allowing users to rent electric scooters and bicycles from more than 15,500 ports across Japan. The company has recorded over 5 million app downloads, numbers it says rank among the country’s largest for micromobility platforms. In August, Luup unveiled the “Unimo,” a compact three-wheeled universal car aimed at broadening accessibility to its short-distance transport options regardless of users’ age or gender. Management intends to keep expanding port density, increase vehicle fleets, and roll out operations in additional areas while working closely with police and local governments on safety initiatives. Newly secured capital will be directed toward safety measures, traffic-rule education, port expansion, service improvements and geographic growth. With the latest round, Luup’s cumulative funding has reached approximately ¥21.4 billion, reflecting strong financial backing from both equity investors and major Japanese banks.
