  Cudis makes a smart health ring that combines continuous biometric tracking with an AI-powered health coach and a blockchain-based rewards network. The ring connects to OpenAI’s ChatGPT and selected personal trainers to deliver personalized recommendations through its app, and its biometric dashboard tracks sleep, activity, heart rate, calories burned and more. It uses the Solana blockchain to gamify health goals, issuing points that can be redeemed for exclusive rewards as users meet achievements. The product initially launched in April 2024 and the company has pre-sold 6,000 rings across more than 50 countries and built a community of 50,000 members. Cudis plans to scale into larger markets, improve its AI coach, strengthen gamification options and developer tools, and aims to deliver over 1 million rings in the next 18 months. The company recently raised funding to support those efforts.

  TipLink provides a platform to deposit and send digital assets—such as NFTs, stablecoins, and Solana—to another person whether or not they already have a crypto wallet. It can also be used as a light, non-custodial wallet that lives in the browser. The company is launching an API to help developers and companies generate and deposit any number of assets into TipLinks. TipLinks are channel-agnostic and can be embedded and shared in emails, texts, messaging apps, QR codes, or other digital communication. TipLink plans to use the $6M seed to build out link wallet functionality, improve the API, and expand engineering and business development to support a pipeline of partnerships. The company is led by founder and CEO Ian Krotinsky and is based in New York.
