  Emobi develops JustPlug, a patented, cloud-based Plug & Charge solution that authenticates vehicles via ISO 15118 certificates and AI-powered charger-vehicle mapping, eliminating the need for RFID cards or mobile apps. The platform works on both legacy and new chargers, addressing the 80 % of chargers and vehicles that cannot natively support traditional Plug & Charge. Emobi’s network already spans more than 140,000 charging ports across 28+ networks and serves over 40 enterprise customers. The company is running pilot programs with three of the top ten North American automakers and has forged commercial partnerships with Flipturn, ElectricFish, and Curo to deploy JustPlug in public, fleet, and customer-managed settings. Two provisional patents protect its technology. Fresh capital will be directed toward scaling technical infrastructure and deepening partnerships with automakers, fleets, and software providers such as Monta and Parkopedia. Emobi positions itself as the largest EV-charging roaming provider in North America, aiming to make seamless charging the industry standard.

By replacing anecdotal advice with objective outcomes data, Nerd Apply helps widen students’ school options, sets clearer expectations, and reduces family anxiety. The company plans to deepen its security, compliance, and data-governance infrastructure while expanding go-to-market and customer-success capabilities. Fresh capital will also fund continued product development to make qualitative admissions data more actionable within counselor workflows.

The product enables users to monitor global technological developments and generate insights and reports for diverse intelligence needs. Holocron positions its platform to support government 'alphabet' agencies and the military in using non-sensitive intelligence to answer classified, unclassified, and proprietary requirements across many disciplines. The company was founded by Addam Jensen, Glenn Shell, Jared Edwards, and Tristan Yang. With investor support, Holocron plans to push to revolutionize knowledge security and domain awareness in the science and technology space. Financially, Holocron completed a $1.5M pre-seed raise in April 2023.
