  RevelAi Health builds a conversational-AI platform that acts as a 24/7 virtual care navigator for orthopedic practices and care organizations, handling evidence-based triage, voice/text outcome surveys, and ambient documentation. The platform converts phone, video, and in-person encounters into structured notes with clinical documentation codes and automated risk flags, and it triggers episode-wide workflows for Principal Care Management, Transitional Care Management, and preoperative optimization. Clinical content and decision logic are continuously refined by an advisory group of board-certified orthopedic surgeons to keep recommendations guideline-concordant. The company says it has already automated thousands of care conversations and positions its product to help providers meet CMS value-based initiatives such as the Transforming Episode Accountability Model. RevelAi aims to reduce readmissions, close care gaps for underserved patients, and simplify quality reporting without adding staff burden. The recently closed seed financing will support deeper EHR and practice-management integrations, expansion of AI-collected outcome surveys and risk pathways, and growth of engineering and research teams.
