Founded in 2021 as a spin-off from Kunumi, São Paulo-based Morada.ai develops a proptech SaaS platform that fuses generative AI with financial APIs and workflow automations to digitize the entire new-home buying process. The software handles lead qualification, credit structuring, sales execution, and post-sale support, allowing real-estate developers to reduce friction and boost conversion rates. Morada.ai’s solution is already used by nearly 200 developers across 17 Brazilian states, including large players such as Direcional, Patrimar/Novolar, Emccamp, Plano e Plano, Canopus, and VIC. The company positions itself as an infrastructure layer for the residential real-estate transaction, replacing fragmented point solutions with a unified AI-driven system. Fresh capital will fund further technology enhancements and accelerated commercial expansion. No revenue or user growth figures were disclosed, but the breadth of customers suggests meaningful early traction. The firm operates squarely in the high-growth Latin American proptech and AI software verticals.
