- Polybee
Led · Seed · Feb 2026
Founded in 2019 in Singapore by Siddharth Jadhav, Polybee integrates self-recharging micro-drones, computer vision and AI to scan crops, predict optimal harvest timing and autonomously pollinate self-fruiting plants. The drones collect high-resolution imagery and, through proprietary models, deliver yield forecasts that have demonstrated 3× profit improvements in spinach and broccoli and up to 15% higher yields in greenhouse tomatoes, strawberries and blueberries. Growers pay a fixed fee per hectare for an end-to-end service that bundles hardware, software and field support, eliminating the need to purchase drones. Commercial contracts are already in place with Australia’s largest glasshouse producers, major U.S. fresh-produce growers and the U.K.’s second-largest greenhouse berry producer. Polybee’s platform is hardware-agnostic, operating on off-the-shelf DJI drones that self-launch and recharge from docking stations. Near-term product expansion includes mounting multispectral cameras to automate disease and stress scouting, and the company aims to scale its footprint five-fold to more than 4,000 acres by 2026. Revenue figures were not disclosed, but management cites rapid ROI and cost reductions as key adoption drivers.
- Atomionics
Led · Series A · Sep 2025
Atomionics is a Singapore-based deep-tech startup focused on quantum sensing, with its flagship product Gravio—a portable, basketball-sized quantum gravimetry device that acts like a virtual X-ray of the Earth. By combining ultra-sensitive quantum sensors with AI-driven interpretation, Gravio can map subsurface terrain up to ten times faster than conventional techniques, helping mining and energy companies locate copper, lithium and other critical minerals more accurately and sustainably. The firm plans to use its technology to generate high-quality gravity datasets that underpin AI-powered decision-making across resource exploration and potential defense applications. Backed by new strategic capital, Atomionics will establish offices in Australia and the United States, using the Northern Territory as a launchpad for wider Australian deployment while also pursuing opportunities in North American commercial and national security sectors. The company’s investor base includes major mining, venture and government-related groups, providing market access and domain expertise. Although the company has not disclosed revenue or user metrics, its recent funding round underscores strong commercial interest in leveraging quantum sensing for critical mineral supply chains and strategic resource management.
