- Nyayanidhi
Participated · Seed · Nov 2025
Founded in 2024 by Adithya LHS, Chakshu Masagali, and Pratik Pany, Nyayanidhi is building a full-stack litigation operating system that applies artificial intelligence and automation to make legal drafting, translations, and court filings up to ten times faster and more reliable. The platform standardises processes, enforces quality controls, and pairs its software with a nationwide network of partner advocates who contribute deep legal expertise and procedural mastery. Nyayanidhi’s technology has already processed thousands of litigation cases and is being piloted in several High Courts, with additional traction coming from enterprise partnerships and multilingual drafting support. By increasing precision and accountability in legal services, the company aims to build greater trust in India’s dispute-resolution ecosystem, which faces a backlog of over 50 million pending cases and 20 million new filings annually. With fresh capital, the team plans to expand its advocate network, deepen government partnerships, strengthen its AI infrastructure, and scale operations to additional states. No revenue figures were disclosed, but the company positions itself for rapid growth on the back of early adoption metrics and a large addressable market.
