ReplyAll is developing a new category of “all-day clothing” that blends material science, fabric engineering, and functional design. Its inaugural men’s line uses advanced technical fabrics offering breathability, thermoregulation, sweat resistance, and stretch, enabling garments to transition seamlessly from work to travel and other daily activities. The company targets urban Indian consumers who want performance apparel suitable for multiple contexts rather than trend-driven fast fashion. Proceeds from its recent fundraise will fuel product development, broaden the material and design pipeline, and support expansion across additional markets. Founded by Rushabh Sanghavi in Bengaluru, the brand aims to position itself within India’s $8.89 billion functional clothing segment, which is growing at 5–6% annually. Financial metrics such as revenue or user numbers were not disclosed in the article.
- Terafac
Participated · Seed · Aug 2025
Terafac develops an AI-powered platform (WeldT) that uses computer vision to scan parts and automatically determine precise weld execution, enabling standard industrial robots to self-adjust without manual programming. The company is initially focused on welding automation to address high product variation and skilled labor shortages, eliminating constant reprogramming. Terafac plans to expand the technology beyond welding to tasks such as gluing, buffing, and painting, aiming to make intelligent automation broadly accessible across factory floors. The startup intends to scale deployments from Indian MSMEs to global markets through OEM and system integrator partnerships and to build a large physical intelligence team of AI researchers, robotics engineers, and manufacturing experts. Financially, Terafac closed an INR 6.5 crore Pre-Seed round and is targeting 80 deployments across 20+ customers with a goal of achieving ₹8 crore (about $1M) ARR by FY26. Its long-term vision is an AI coordination layer that autonomously manages entire factory operations without programming.

- Mave Health
Participated · Seed · Apr 2024
Mave Health develops a $495 transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) headset that delivers 1–2 mA currents and weighs roughly 100 grams, intended for daily ~20-minute sessions to boost attention, mood and reduce stress. The device pairs with an app that tracks long-term trends in mood, focus and stress, integrates other health data such as heart rate variability (HRV), and uses baseline and follow-up self-reported assessments. The company ran a private beta with more than 500 users in 2024–2025, during which eight in ten users reported a 60% increase in productivity and 75% reported stress reduction within two months from baseline. Mave Health has conducted four observational studies across about 200 participants that are currently under academic review and aims to publish results this year. Founded in 2023 by Dhawal Jain, Jai Sharma and Aman Kumar and based in San Francisco, the startup positions the headset as a lifestyle device rather than a regulated medical product. The company plans to begin shipping its first batch to customers in the U.S. and India in April 2026.
