  Accusonus is a Greece- and U.S.-based AI company that builds tools to repair and enhance audio in videos and podcasts. Launched in 2014, the company began with Drumatom and released Regroover in 2017 before developing the ERA suite for simple audio repair. The ERA tools operate as plugins compatible with Audacity, GarageBand, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Pro Tools, Logic Pro and DaVinci Resolve. Accusonus targets both entry-level creators and audio/video professionals, using pro feedback to improve consumer-facing products. Its products have been used by engineers working with artists such as Bob Dylan, Lou Reed, Goo Goo Dolls, Super Furry Animals, Wilco and Jennifer Lopez. The company aims to democratize access to high-quality audio through AI-driven, easy-to-use tools that speed workflows for professionals and remove traditional learning curves.

Verticly integrates online and offline signals to time offers when they are most likely to close a sale and keep the customer. The company is led by CEO Ryan Kliszat and CTO Christian Ramsoy. Verticly intends to use the funds it raised to expand internationally and grow its customer reach. Financially, the company has raised more than €1m from external backers.
