- Wispr AI
Participated · Series B · Aug 2026
Wispr AI is building voice-first foundation models to power Flow, a voice-to-text operating system layer that cleans filler words, structures thoughts and produces ready-to-use text in more than 25,000 apps and websites. The product’s accuracy is such that 90 % of spoken words require no edits, and after six months the average user writes 72 % of their characters with Flow, nearly halving daily typing time. The company reports 40 % month-over-month growth in both users and annual recurring revenue, and serves hundreds of thousands of users. Wispr envisions voice becoming the dominant interface and plans to expand Flow’s capabilities while hiring aggressively across engineering and product. A global partnership with “The Diary of a CEO” podcast will showcase the technology to an audience of over 35 million subscribers. Headquartered in San Francisco, the company has raised a total of $81 million from investors such as Notable Capital, Flight Fund, AIX Ventures, Menlo Ventures, NEA and 8VC. These funds will be used to scale its voice-native computing system worldwide.

- Garner Health
Participated · Series D · Feb 2026
Garner Health uses one of the nation’s largest medical datasets—covering over 60 billion medical records from 320 million patients—and more than 550 proprietary clinical metrics to measure provider quality and guide member choices. The company has developed an AI-powered Garner Research Agent to continuously integrate medical literature into clinical metrics and a member-facing Garner Assistant to help users find providers, book appointments, and manage benefits and claims. Garner partners with employers, health plans, and providers—nearly 800 customers including USA Today, Paylocity, and the University of Oklahoma—and serves over 2.5 million members. Financially, Garner reports roughly $200 million in gross annual recurring revenue and says revenue has more than doubled for five consecutive years. Its incentive model reduces member out-of-pocket costs (members pay on average 80% less to see top doctors) and yields an average 12% reduction in employer healthcare spend in the first year. The company has also announced partnerships with providers such as Mercy, Atlantic Health, Teladoc, and Marathon Health.
- Pomelo Care
Participated · Series C · Jan 2026
Founded in 2021, Pomelo Care delivers 24/7 virtual care to women and children via a multispecialty clinical team supported by an intelligent, data-driven platform that surfaces risk early and guides evidence-based interventions. The company partners with commercial and Medicaid health plans and employers, now covering more than 25 million lives and supporting nearly 7 % of all U.S. births. Outcomes published in peer-reviewed venues show a 37 % reduction in preterm births, a 46 % cut in emergency room visits, and a 6.8-day decrease in NICU length of stay, generating a 3-5× ROI for customers. Its technology embeds predictive analytics and clinical playbooks directly into clinician workflows while giving patients multimodal access to nurses, dietitians, therapists, doulas, and other providers. Beyond maternity, Pomelo has launched programs for pediatrics and midlife care; its perimenopause/menopause program has achieved an 88 % symptom reduction within 60 days and boosted patient-reported productivity by 73 %. With a proven model and national scale, the company aims to establish a new standard of longitudinal care for women and children while continuing rapid expansion with payers and employers.
- Sage
Participated · Series B · Dec 2024
Sage builds a fully integrated care platform that pairs software with AI-powered life-safety hardware to support senior living and skilled nursing operations. Its product suite includes Sage Core, Sage Detect, and Tasking, an EHR-integrated workflow, and the company is rolling out a Hardware-as-a-Service model to remove large upfront capital barriers for operators. Sage reports that Sage-powered communities have seen a $275 increase in NOI per resident per month, a 50% reduction in falls, and faster response times compared to the industry. The HaaS approach makes future upgrades part of an ongoing partnership, aligning Sage’s recurring revenue with long-term support and technology refreshes. Sage plans to use recent equity and debt financing to scale this model and expand deployment across communities, enabling faster transitions from signed agreement to full implementation.
