  • Dhun Wellness

    Led · Equity · Jan 2026

Founded in 2023 by entrepreneur Mira Rajput Kapoor, Dhun Wellness runs a 6,000-sq.-ft. flagship sanctuary in Mumbai’s Bandra offering an integrated mix of Ayurvedic therapies, traditional Chinese medicine, sound healing, electric cryotherapy, infrared saunas, and red-light therapy. The facility features 13 treatment rooms and personalized seven-day programs for gut restoration, sleep alignment, and stress management, all supported by a 24/7 concierge and at-home care plans. Management reports a steady 15% month-on-month increase in demand, reflecting rising interest in convenient, evidence-based preventive health solutions. With the global wellness market projected to reach $256.9 billion by 2033, Dhun aims to position itself at the intersection of luxury and preventive healthcare. Newly raised capital will finance expansion into Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Ahmedabad while building a Comprehensive Longevity Vertical focused on data-driven preventive care, clinical longevity metrics, and omnichannel home-wellness offerings. The company’s “in-city” model differentiates it from destination retreats by catering to busy urban residents who seek regular access rather than episodic escapes.

The firm currently employs about 15 people and intends to grow its team as it scales manufacturing, product development, and market reach. Near-term expansion plans include entering Delhi-NCR, Hyderabad, and Mumbai and deepening sales and clinical partnerships. Capital raised will also accelerate R&D across post-surgical recovery and rehabilitation categories.

  • NewSpace

    Participated · Equity · Mar 2024

NRT develops swarm-drone systems and related dual‑use technologies, with running contracts with India’s ministry of defence. The company has delivered a world‑class swarming system, set a global record for highest altitude multirotor flight, and demonstrated a solar‑powered 21‑hour continuous UAV flight. It is in the process of delivering a tethered system to the Indian Army and has showcased swarm operations in Japan for disaster response. NRT has stated global ambitions and is looking to expand into Japan, the Middle East, Europe and the US. The company aims to scale further amid supportive Indian defence policies and industry schemes that bolster domestic deep‑tech startups. The company targets defense customers and plans to expand into civil logistics drone operations. It was founded in 2018 and is Bengaluru-based. NewSpace reported revenue from operations of zero in FY22 versus Rs 15.5 crore in FY21, and booked a loss of Rs 19 crore in FY22 after a profit of Rs 1.75 crore in FY21. The company has secured commercial interest from the Indian Army, which signed deals worth over Rs 200 crore for swarm drones involving NewSpace and Raphe.
