BeBit, founded in March 2000 and based in Tokyo, provides digital transformation (DX) solutions focused on improving user experience (UX) through strategic planning, design and digital technologies. Its offerings include OmniSegment, an e-commerce-focused growth marketing solution launched in 2022 that recently added a generative AI function. The company delivers consulting and SaaS-integrated UX services and has expanded via acquisitions such as Taiwanese MarTech Omniscient Cloud Technologies (now BeBit Tech) and Malaysian OMO startup Tsunago. BeBit plans to use its latest funding to solidify its team structure, strengthen its solutions and recruit personnel. The acquisition of Tsunago is intended to support expansion of its consulting and SaaS-integrated UX business into Southeast Asia, with a focus on Singapore and Malaysia toward the global market. Advisors including Alphas CEO Hajime Hirose, Cinnamon AI Co-CEO Hajime Hotta and Datack CTO Yosuke Kimoto have joined the company.
