    Netomnia is a wholesale fibre operator building a capital-efficient full-fibre network across the UK. Together with YouFibre and Brsk it currently has 2.7 million premises serviceable and 375,000 premises connected, and it reports a one-million-premises annual build rate. The group is on track to reach three million premises serviceable by the end of 2025 and five million by the end of 2027. Netomnia says it is backed by over £1.6B in funding and has achieved positive EBITDA. Its stated mission is to connect millions more homes and businesses and to become the UK’s most scaled and capital-efficient retail, wholesale, and consolidation platform. Netomnia is developing full-fibre infrastructure to deliver multi-gigabit broadband to underserved towns and cities across the UK, selling wholesale connectivity to service providers including YouFibre. YouFibre is a full-fibre broadband provider offering packages up to 10 Gbps and retail plans starting from £22/month. The Group has passed more than 130,000 premises since rollout began in 2020 and says it can deploy swiftly through partnerships with major UK construction companies. Netomnia targets one million residential and business premises passed by 2023 and is focused on rapid scale-up of its multi-gigabit network. The companies emphasize a scalable operating model and agile deployment to expand coverage and deliver future-proof fibre connections. Capital from the recent funding is earmarked to support continued network rollout and meeting the Group’s expansion targets.

Solairedirect has operations in France, India, South Africa, Chile, Thailand, China and the USA and was founded in 2006. The company reports 250 employees and a total 256 MW under operation and construction. Recent tender results and feed-in tariffs around €100/MWh have driven its competitiveness versus other energy sources.
