  • qbiq

    Participated · Series A · Jan 2025

qbiq leverages generative AI to automate and democratize architectural planning, enabling both non-architects and architects to produce optimized floor plans, 3D visualizations, architectural programs, quantity takeoffs and CAD/Revit models. Its platform generates complete design packages and high-resolution rendered tours in minutes, replacing weeks or months of manual work. Customers such as Brookfield Properties, JLL, Skanska and IWG have used qbiq, and clients have produced over 400 million square feet of layouts; the customer base has grown more than tenfold. The company officially launched in 2023 and says it is speeding toward a 1 billion square foot milestone. The recent financing is intended to support qbiq's mission to standardize automated architectural capabilities and accelerate global expansion, shortening deal cycles and increasing efficiency for brokers, landlords, tenants and architects. Founded in 2019 and headquartered in Tel Aviv with offices in New York and Miami, qbiq serves hundreds of clients globally. qbiq provides a generative AI platform that creates space plans and 3D virtual tours from user-submitted layouts and design requirements. The system generates thousands of alternative layouts using an AI layer trained on architectural planning data, geometrical optimization engines, parallel cloud computing, and a regulation layer, then produces high-resolution 3D virtual tours of the selected plan. The platform delivers full planning packages with multiple optimized layouts and visualizations to tenants, brokers, landlords, and architects. Customers include JLL, CBRE, Colliers International, Cresa, Perkins & Will, AECOM, and Avison Young. qbiq was founded in 2019 by Elad Kaminer, Noam Diamantstein, and Leeor Solnik and is based in Tel Aviv with offices in New York and Miami. The company raised $10M in Seed funding and intends to use the proceeds to expand its market presence in the U.S.
